THANKYOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE WHO HAS GIVEN FEEDBACK OR SUPPORT! Please keep the comments and questions coming...I am so driven to bring this information to people who have NO CLUE about the crap that goes into most packaged foods!

  2. Hullo sarah mae!
I want you to know you've inspired me! Probably more than anyone else, in health and excercise and also to be more positive and grateful, and to love myself, etc etc... I have somewhat of the opposite problem then you did, but some the same too. You see, I will binge eat and then feel bad, so ill starve myself for a few days until I'm so hungry I binge again, and so on and so forth. Its a horrible cycle that has ruined my health. But I started today to break that cycle! I've started the earth diet! Thank you sarah mae!
    Have a lovely day! Muahhxo

  3. Hi Sarah,

I would also love to say how inspirational you are. I am also a 20 year old woman. I'm from Brisbane and am studying health at UNI and have recently (more or so this year) taken in even further interest into my own health and wellbeing. I've been following your vlogs and am a big fan of the Earth Diet. I have recently bought a juicer and am reaping the benefits of fresh vegetable juice. Soon I am going to go on a three day juice detox. Anyway, what I'm trying to get at is that you have made me put my thoughts into action. To see someone my own age with similar interests who has actually gone out there and DONE it, rather than hiding behind excuses. I LOVE food, but the problem is a love good AND bad food, through reading your blogs I've realised I can still eat 'bad' food, but it's actually not bad at all when you cut out all of the processed ingredients and replace them with wholesome fresh ingredients like agave syrup for example.

I also read a comment a couple of blogs ago about someone saying you aren't getting enough variety of the food groups. I thought you might find this link of interest http://www.nhmrc.gov.au/_files_nhmrc/publications/attachments/n31.pdf
it provides the recommended dietary intakes, and alternative ways to get the key nutrients.

Anyway, I just wanted to let you know you are a truly beautiful person and you have put the spark into my head that I needed.

    XOXOXOXO Frances
